The Enchanted Post

We can’t wait to send a little magic your way! Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your order will be shipped.

✨ Processing Time

Each enchanted parcel is handmade and lovingly prepared. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.

This time allows for personalisation, packaging, and a final sprinkle of fairy dust 

📦 Shipping Method

All orders are sent via Australia Post from Lake Cathie, NSW.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Tracking may be available depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

📮 Delivery Timeframes (after dispatch)
  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days (depending on your location)

  • Express Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary, especially during peak periods or postal disruptions.

🚨 Disclaimer: Postal Delays

Once your order is handed over to Australia Post, we are no longer in control of delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal system, weather events, or other issues outside our control.

We recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

✨ Lost or Delayed Mail

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number. We're happy to assist where possible, but unfortunately cannot offer refunds or replacements for parcels delayed due to postal service issues.
