These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through The Enchanted Post website. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products & Personalisation

We create magical, personalised letters and gift packs designed to delight fairy lovers of all ages.

  • All items are handmade and may vary slightly from photos shown.

  • Personalised products are made to order and cannot be changed once production has begun.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure names, spelling, and personalisation details are correct at checkout.

3. Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Once shipped, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched (if applicable).

4. Returns & Refunds

We do our best to ensure every magical package is perfect. However:

  • Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@theenchantedpost.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • If eligible, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.

This is in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Prices include GST (if applicable).

  • We accept secure payment via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment gateways shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

6. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after purchase.

  • Discounts cannot be combined unless specified.

  • Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (including product descriptions, images, and designs) is the property of The Enchanted Post and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our products or website.

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of any faulty product as required under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website and applies to all purchases made after the effective date.
